Shipping Information:

• Carriers: We proudly partner with UPS and USPS for all our shipping needs, ensuring a reliable and timely delivery.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are set a $6.95. 

• Delivery Time: Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout.

• Tracking Your Order: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Return Policy: We accept returns of unworn, unaltered, and undamaged items within 14 days of purchase. All items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied by the receipt.

• How to Return: To initiate a return, please mail the item(s) to: PARLAY 1011 Bay Ridge Avenue #102 Annapolis, MD 21403. Please include your order number for reference. 

• Refund Process: Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we'll process your refund. This process may take up to 7 business days from the time we receive your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

• Exchanges: We do offer exchanges. If you ship an item back we will ship a new item, one time per order. 

• Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@parlaypickleball.com and provide photos of the damage.
